AGREED ORDER


THIS CAUSE coming to be heard on the agreed motion for leave for T. Scott Leo, John E. Sebastian, and Joel R. Page, Jr. and the law firm of Leo Weber, P.C. to withdraw as counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and the Court being advised in the premises;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: T. Scott Leo, John E. Sebastian, and Joel R, Page, Jr. and the law firm of Leo Weber, P.C. are granted leave to withdraw as local counsel of record in the captioned matter on behalf of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Liberty's lead counsel, J. Michael Franks and Thomas Pennignton of Manier Herod shall remain as lead counsel for Liberty and shall continue to receive all pleadings and/or other notice in this matter on behalf of Liberty.
