IN RE K.M.

Original Proceeding 418th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas
Trial Cause No. 16-11-12679-CV

MEMORANDUM OPINION

K.M. petitioned for a writ of mandamus to issue against the Honorable Jerry Winfree, the judge presiding in a suit for termination of parental rights filed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. K.M. contends the trial court abused its discretion by upholding the removal of the child at an adversary hearing conducted on November 18, 2016. After reviewing the petition, we conclude that the relator has not established her entitlement to mandamus relief. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). The petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.

PETITION DENIED.

PER CURIAM Submitted on August 16, 2017
Opinion Delivered August 17, 2017 Before McKeithen, C.J., Kreger and Horton, JJ.
