Before the Court are two opposed second motions to extend time to file a response to relators' petition for writ of mandamus filed, respectively, by (1) real party in interest MEG Healthcare, LLC on August 12, 2024, and (2) real parties in interest Renaissance Neurodiagnostic, P.A. d/b/a Disc Spine Institute, Anesthesia Alliance of Dallas, PA, PSG Mid-Cities Medical Center a/k/a St. Camillus Medical Center, DFW Medical Specialists, PLLC, Applied Pain Associates, PLLC, Surgical Elite, PLLC, Ridgeline Medical Management, PLLC, Equinox Clinic, PLLC, MedDalSpi, LLC d/b/a Methodist Hospital for Surgery, and Renaissance Neurodiagnostic, P.A. d/b/a Disc Spine Institute on August 13, 2024.
We DENY the second motions to extend time. This denial is without prejudice to filing a response at any time prior to disposition of this original proceeding, but no further motions for extensions of time in this original proceeding will be considered. We will act on relators' petition in due course.
