Before the Court are relators' February 10, 2023 Petition for Writ of Mandamus; March 2, 2023 Supplemental Petition for Writ of Mandamus; May 18, 2023 Second Supplement to Petition for Writ of Mandamus, and December 20, 2024 motion to dismiss. In their motion to dismiss, relators explain the trial court signed an order dismissing the underlying case and request this mandamus proceeding be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
We grant the motion and dismiss this original proceeding.
