MEMORANDUM OPINION
In his petition for writ of mandamus, relator is seeking post-conviction relief from his three felony convictions. He seeks mandamus relief against Jim Hamlin, the former Dallas District Clerk and the Honorable Keith Dean, former judge of the 265th Judicial District Court. Neither respondent currently holds public office. All three of relator's criminal convictions have been affirmed on direct appeal. See King v. State, No. 05-90-01009-CR (Tex.App.-Dallas March 5, 1992, pet. ref'd) (not designated for publication); King v. State, Nos. 05-91-00664-CR and 05-91-00665-CR (Tex.App.-Dallas June 23, 1992, pet. ref'd) (not designated for publication).
Only the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has jurisdiction in final post-conviction felony proceedings. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 11.07 (Vernon 2005); In re McFee, 53 S.W.3d 715, 717 (Tex.App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 2001, no pet.). Accordingly, we dismiss this petition for want of jurisdiction. Id; Tex.
