Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Mike Jaemaine King has filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking to compel the trial court to grant his motion and order the Harris County District Attorney to provide discovery pursuant to TEX. CODE CRIM. PROC. art. 39.14.

The underlying case is State of Texas v. Mike Jaemaine King, cause number 717629, pending in the 339th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Jesse McClure III, presiding.

We deny the petition. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
