DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Elise Kim, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 26, 2005, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Elise Sheehan.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Acting Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Elise Kim to Elise Sheehan, effective immediately.
