Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession KH Funding Company (the "Debtor") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his comments or objections to the Application for Authority to Employ Gray Associates, LLC As Asset Disposition Consultant (Dkt. No. 11) ("Application to Employ Consultant").
The Debtor and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Friday, January 14, 2011, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application to Employ Consultant.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
