STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR U.S. TRUSTEE TO FILE
OBJECTION TO FIRST APPLICATION OF McGUIREWOODS LLP FOR
ALLOWANCE OF INTERIM COMPENSATION
AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES
McGuireWoods LLP, as Local Counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, ("Local Counsel") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his comments or objections to the First Application of McGuireWoods LLP for Allowance of Interim Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses as Local Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors Incurred for the Period From February 14, 2011, Through August 31, 2011 (D.E. 310) ("First Fee Application").
Local Counsel for the Committee and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Friday, October 14, 2011, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the First Fee Application.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
