STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR U.S. TRUSTEE
TO FILE OBJECTION, COMMENT OR OTHER RESPONSE TO JOINT
DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND JOINT PLAN OF LIQUIDATION
KH Funding Company ("Debtor"), the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his objections, comments or other response to the Joint Disclosure Statement (D.E. 355).
The Debtor, the Committee and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Thursday, December 22, 2011, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Joint Disclosure Statement.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
