ORDER

In this accelerated appeal, after we granted the State's first motion for extension of time to file the brief, the State's brief was due on April 20, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(b), (d). On April 26, 2016, the State filed its brief and a second motion for extension of time.

The State's motion for a six-day extension of time to file the brief is GRANTED. The State's brief is deemed timely filed.

It is so ORDERED on April 29, 2016.
