ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

BENKE, Acting P. J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on March 2, 2009, be modified as follows:

On page 10, in the disposition of the opinion, at the third line of the last paragraph, "subdivision (a)(1)" is changed to "subdivision (b)(1)" so that the sentence now reads:

"The commitment order is affirmed, and the San Diego County Juvenile Court is directed to amend it to state that K. H. admitted to a violation of Penal Code section 288a, subdivision (b)(1), and to specify she is not required to register as a sex offender based on the underlying offense and forward a corrected copy to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Division of Juvenile Justice."

There is no change in the judgment.
