ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM BURNET COUNTY

Before Chief Justice Byrne, Justices Smith and Theofanis

MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROSA LOPEZ THEOFANIS, JUSTICE

Relator Michael Howard Key has filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking relief from the trial court's First Amended Order Holding Respondent in Contempt for Failure to Pay Child Support, Granting Judgment, and for Commitment to Jail and a motion for emergency relief. It is Key's burden to establish his right to relief, including by providing this Court with a sufficient record from which to evaluate his claims. See Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992); In re Oliver, No. 03-23-00767-CV, 2023 WL 8243822, at *1 (Tex. App.-Austin Nov. 29, 2023, orig. proceeding) (mem. op.). Having reviewed the petition and the record, we conclude that Key has failed to show his entitlement to relief. We deny the petition for writ of mandamus and dismiss the motion for emergency relief as moot.
