STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER DISMISSING CASE UPON MOTION OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE


UPON CONSIDERATION of the United States Trustee's Motion to Dismiss Case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b), and the Debtor's consent as evidenced by the endorsements of counsel hereon, IT IS by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland hereby

ORDERED that the United States Trustee's Motion to Dismiss Case is GRANTED, and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED, and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that, within ten (10) days after the date of entry of this Order, the Debtor shall remit and pay all quarterly fees to the United States Trustee pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930.
