STIPULATION AND ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR FILING PLAN OF REORGANIZATION AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENT OR DISMISSAL OF CASE
WHEREAS, the parties appeared in Court for a Status Conference on April 15, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Debtor represented at the Status Conference that it needed thirty (30) days to determine whether it would be able to file a Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement or whether the case should be dismissed;
WHEREFORE, IT IS by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland
ORDERED that the Debtor shall file a Line with the Court no later than June 15, 2010, stating whether it intends to file a Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure or whether it consents to dismissal of the case; and it is further
ORDERED that if the Debtor fails to file a Line with this Court by June 15, 2010, then the United States Trustee shall prepare and file with the Court an Order dismissing the case; and it is further
ORDERED that if the Line states that the Debtor consents to the dismissal of the case, then the United States Trustee shall prepare and file with the Court an Order dismissing the case; and it is further
ORDERED that if the Debtor informs the Court that it intends to file a Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement, then the Debtor shall file with the Court a Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement no later than June 15, 2010; and it is further
ORDERED that if the Debtor fails to file a Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement by June 15, 2010, then the United States Trustee shall prepare and file an Order dismissing the case.
SO ORDERED.
