          Petition for leave to appeal denied.

          In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Dylan B., case No. 1-07-2990 (2/22/08), dismissing the appeal, and review, on the merits, the circuit court's judgment terminating Dylan B.'s parental rights. The appellate court is directed to file its judgment in this matter within 60 days of the issuance of this court's mandate.
