Petition by the father of a minor child to terminate his parental rights with respect to that child, brought to the Probate Court in the district of Groton and transferred to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, Juvenile Matters at Uncasville, where the court, Clifford, J., granted the motion to dismiss filed by the respondent and rendered judgment dismissing the petition, from which the petitioner appealed to this court. Affirmed.
