Petitioner-respondent having moved to dismiss the perfected appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 6, 2019, as moot, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is, ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to petitioner-respondent raising the issue as to why the appeal should be dismissed in its respondent's brief and upon argument of the appeal. Respondent-appellant may include a response to petitioner-respondent's arguments in favor of dismissal in her reply brief.
