Opinion

No. 05-10-01538-CV

Opinion issued April 11, 2011.

Original Proceeding from the 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 10-07193-J.

Before Justices MOSELEY, FRANCIS, and FILLMORE.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in ordering pre-suit depositions. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
