ORDER

On its own motion, and pursuant to Rule 21(a)(2) of the North Carolina Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Court will treat Respondent-Father's Pro Se Petition for Discretionary Review filed herein on 15 August 2022 as a Petition for Writ of Certiorari and allow it for the limited purpose of remanding this matter to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of this Court's opinion in In re: G.B., 377 N.C. 106, 2021-NCSC-34, 856 S.E.2d 510. On remand, the Court of Appeals may review all grounds found by the trial court to justify the termination of respondent-father's parental rights in this matter.

Respondent-Father's Motion for Equitable Tolling of the Deadline for Petition for Discretionary Review filed 9 September 2022 is denied.
