PER CURIAM.

A.L.R. appeals the Judgment and Order of the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court (juvenile court) terminating her parental rights to the minor child K.A.R. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude the juvenile court’s decision finding statutory grounds for termination by clear, cogent, and convincing evidence is supported by substantial evidence; and the juvenile court did not abuse its discretion in finding termination to be in the best interest of the child. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this order. The decision is affirmed. Mo. R. Civ. P. 84.16(b) 2023.
