DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2021. Application by Patricia Kanes, in effect, in her capacity as administrator of the estate of Theone Kanes, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Theone Kanes, and in her capacity as sole executor of the estate of Maria Kanes, to be substituted for Theone Kanes and Patricia Kanes, as executors of the estate of Maria Kanes, and to amend the caption accordingly.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that Patricia Kanes, as administrator of the estate of Theone Kanes, is substituted for the deceased appellant Theone Kanes, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further, ORDERED that Patricia Kanes, as executor of the estate of Maria Kanes, is substituted for Theone Kanes and Patricia Kanes, as executors of the estate of Maria Kanes, and the caption is amended accordingly.
