DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 6, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 5, 2021. Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel for purposes of making a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, if so advised, and to extend the time to make a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. The appellant's motion for assignment of counsel was granted on August 19, 2020, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel is granted, and said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further, ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the appellant for purposes of making a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, if counsel be so advised:

and it is further,
