The caption on the petition indicates the underlying case, Cause No. 83-CI-13980, styled In the Interest of T.L.K., was assigned to the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, in which the Honorable Martha Tanner is the presiding judge; and the caption on the challenged order indicates it is an order of that court. But the challenged order was signed by Associate Judge Richard Garcia and the Honorable Barbara Hanson Nellermore, the presiding judge of the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus. The court is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
