ABATEMENT ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On January 4, 2024, the court abated this appeal and ordered the trial court to appoint new appellate counsel for appellant and have a supplemental clerk's record containing the appointment order filed with this court. A supplemental clerk's record has been filed with a signed order appointing Steven Frazier as appellant's new appellate counsel. Accordingly, we reinstate the appeal. In addition, we strike the brief filed January 4, 2024 by appellant's prior counsel. We order Steven Frazier to file appellant's brief within 20 days of the date of this order.
