CONTINUING ABATEMENT ORDER

PER CURIAM

On January 8, 2024 we ordered the trial court to appoint new appellate counsel for appellant and to have a supplemental clerk's record containing the order of appointment filed with the clerk of this court. As of the date of this order, the supplemental clerk's record has not been filed. Accordingly, we RE-ORDER the trial court to have a supplemental clerk's record containing an order appointing new appellate counsel filed with the clerk of this court within five days of the date of this order.

The appeal remains abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from this court's active docket. The appeal will be reinstated on this court's active docket when the trial court's supplemental clerk's record is filed with this court.
