The reporter's record in this accelerated parental termination appeal was filed October 30, 2023, triggering the deadline for appellant to file his brief. The record, however, does not include a transcript of the proceedings held on February 6, 2023, and by letter filed November 14, 2023, appellant informs the Court he has requested the record be supplemented.
To ensure a timely response to appellant's request, we ORDER Marty Grant, the reporter responsible for the record, to file the supplemental record, or written verification no record exits, no later than November 27, 2023.
Appellant's brief shall be filed no later than December 18, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a).
We DENY appellant's motion to abate appeal as moot.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of appellant's November 14, 2023 letter and this order to Ms. Grant. A copy of this order shall also be sent to the parties.
