TERRITORY OF GUAM

GENERAL ORDER

FRANCES TYDINCO-GATEWOOD, CHIEF JUDGE DISTRICT COURT OF GUAM

WHEREAS, there are currently in the Qualified Jury Wheel, One-Thousand Nine-Hundred Seventy-Eight (1,978) prospective jurors as required by the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968, as Amended, and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a new Grand Jury Panel for a term of one year to commence on November 3, 2022.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, the Clerk of Court or her designated deputy clerks shall withdraw, by a purely randomized method, Fifty-Five (55) names from the Qualified Jury Wheel who will be summoned for jury service on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.

A copy of this order shall be posted on the Court's bulletin board.
