IN RE JURY SELECTION AND SERVICE ACT OF 1968, PUBLIC LAW 90-274, AS AMENDED. EMPTYING AND REFILLING OF MASTER JURY WHEEL AND ESTABLISHING A QUALIFIED JURY WHEEL FOR GRAND AND PETIT JURORS

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Jury Plan for the District Court of Guam.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on Monday. May 10, 2021. the Clerk of Court or her authorized deputies shall empty and refill the Master Jury Wheel with all names listed in the Voter Registration List from the 2020 General Territorial Election as maintained and furnished by the Guam Election Commission.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that subsequent to the establishment of this Court's Master Jury Wheel, the Clerk of Court or her authorized deputies shall randomly select 7, 500 from the Master Jury Wheel and cause such persons to be investigated for eligibility in accordance with our Jury Plan. After such persons are found to be eligible, such names shall be placed in the Qualified Jury Wheel.

A copy of this Order shall be posted on the Court's bulletin board and website.
