January 5, 1996


Chapter 11 Plans regularly contain overly broad provisions pertaining to this Court's retention of jurisdiction. The following jurisdictional provisions shall serve as a guideline for Chapter 11 Plans filed in this Court.

Retention of Jurisdiction

The Bankruptcy Court shall retain jurisdiction to hear and decide (1) objections to claims; (2) avoidance actions under §§ 522, 544, 545, 548 and 549; (3) turnover actions under §§ 542 and 543; (4) revocation of an order of confirmation under § 1144; (5) dismissal under § 1112; (6) modification of the Plan under § 1127(b); (7) enforcement of the permanent injunction under § 524(a); and (8) any other matter subject to this Court's jurisdiction pursuant to applicable law.
