DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Robert Charles Jung for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Jung was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 19, 1997. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 15, 2005, Mr. Jung's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before March 30, 2012, Robert Charles Jung file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of attorney registration fee arrears incurred prior to his resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon receipt of proof of payment as directed above, the Clerk of the Court shall restore the name of Robert Charles Jung to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law and Robert Charles Jung shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
