Appellant having moved for reargument of a motion order of this Court entered June 10, 2020, denying appellant's motion to vacate dismissal of the appeal taken herein from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Monroe County, entered October 4, 2018,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks reargument, and the dismissal of the appeal is vacated on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before October 9, 2020.
