ORDERED: JULY 2, 2001


Pursuant to Rule 4 of the Rules of the Judicial Qualifications Commission, the disposition of the above-styled cases is as follows: Judge Charlotte Beall, former Judge of the Probate Court of Johnson County, is forever barred from again seeking or holding any elective or appointed judicial office in this State.

It is further ordered that the Commission's Report of disposition be approved and this order be published in the official reporter of this Court.

ORDERED JULY 2, 2001.
