ORDER

Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice

Marialyn Barnard, Justice

Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice

On October 9, 2013, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay. The court has considered relator's petition, the response filed on behalf of the real parties in interest and relator's reply and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

The emergency stay previously issued by this court on October 10th, 2013 is LIFTED.

It is so ORDERED on November 13th, 2013.
