IN THE INTEREST OF J.R.H.C., A CHILD
On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 296-30120-2015
ORDER
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE.
Because appellant's brief does not meet the general requirements of Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9 and 38, we STRIKE appellant's October 28, 2024 brief. We ORDER appellant to file, no later than December 2, 2024, a brief that conforms with rules 9 and 38 including the requirements that it contain (1) a concise statement of the case, the course of proceedings, and the trial court's disposition of the case supported by record references; and (2) appropriate citations to authorities in the argument section. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.1. Additionally, documents in the appendix contain sensitive data, in particular, the name and birth date of a minor. Those documents may be included in the brief appendix but should have the sensitive data redacted. See id. 9.9(a),(c).
We caution appellant that failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See id. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3 (b),(c).
