DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to file brief of attorney for the children.

Cross motion for application to close the appeal to all further filings, to set matter down for oral argument and for further relief.

Motion for extension of time to file respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeal is set down for the January 2022 term of this Court, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the brief of the attorney for the children and the motion for an extension of time to file the respondent's brief are granted, without costs, and the times are extended to November 19, 2021. No further extensions of time will be granted. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before November 29, 2021.
