The Court's opinion certified on January 26, 2021, is revised to correct two citation errors in footnote 2 by replacing "A.2d" with "A.3d" in the second citation to Fitzpathck v. McCrary and by replacing "1249" with "1259" in the second citation to Barclay v. Eckert.
