ORDER
AND NOW, this 4 day of October, 2016, it is ORDERED as follows:
1. The pending case docketed to No. 4 JD 15 involving the Respondent is consolidated with the new action docketed to No. 4 JD 16. Both cases shall be consolidated at No. 4 JD 16.
2. President Judge Jack Panella is assigned as Conference Judge for the consolidated cases.
3. The pretrial conference previously scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016, in the Commonwealth Court Courtroom, 5 Floor, Pennsylvania Judicial Center, 601 Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania shall remain.
