STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE TO FILE A COMPLAINT OBJECTING TO THE DEBTOR'S DISCHARGE


Joel I. Sher, Trustee, and Mitchell C. Jordan, Debtor, by their undersigned counsel, hereby AGREE, CONSENT AND STIPULATE that the deadline to file a complaint objecting to the Debtor's discharge shall be extended through and including February 29, 2008.
