Opinion

No. 05-05-01015-CV

Opinion Issued July 29, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 204th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F97-56990-MQ.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in entering a judgment that does not comport with the oral rendition of the verdict. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
