IN RE MISTY JORDAN, Relator

Writ of Mandamus Denied; Opinion issued February 16, 2012

Original Proceeding from the 116th Judicial District Court

Dallas County, Texas

Trial Court Cause No. DC-10-14936

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Morris, Richter, and Lang-Miers

Opinion By Justice Morris

Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus in which she contends the trial court abused its discretion by ordering production of relator's personal computer hard drive and email accounts. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them. We conclude the certification in relator's petition does not satisfy the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j); In re Butler, 270 S.W.3d 757, 758 (Tex. App.-Dallas 2008, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
