MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators contend the trial court does not have jurisdiction over the proceedings below and abused its discretion in not dismissing or abating real parties' claims pending exhaustion of administrative remedies under the Residential Construction Liability Act and the Texas Residential Construction Commission Act. See generally Tex. Prop. Code Ann. §§ 27.001-.007 and 401.001-438.001 (Vernon Supp. 2005) The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
