Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Shelley J. Sandusky's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by March 12, 2020, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to January 13, 2020. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 58 additional days is contemplated.
