ORDER ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

Amparo Monique Guerra, Judge

Relator, Felicia Nicole Jones, has filed a "Motion for Rehearing," of this Court's January 23, 2024 opinion denying her petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 49.1, 52.9.

Separately from her motion for rehearing, relator also filed a document titled a "Motion to Exceed Word Limit." In this "motion," relator notes that her motion for rehearing "exceeds [the] word limit." While the "motion" does not include a specific request for relief, it appears relator seeks leave to exceed the word limit provided by Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.4(i) in her motion for rehearing.

It is ordered that the motion for rehearing is denied. It is further ordered that her "Motion to Exceed Word Limit" is denied as moot.

On February 7, 2024, relator submitted for filing a "Motion for Rehearing" and "Motion to Exceed Word Limit." The documents filed on February 7, 2024 are identical to those filed by relator on February 6, 2024 and present no new grounds for consideration. Accordingly, we deny her February 7, 2024 "Motion for Rehearing" and "Motion to Exceed Word Limit" as moot.
