In the MATTER OF Stephen Robert JONES, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 004342006)


ORDER

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the petition for reinstatement to the practice of law filed by Stephen Robert Jones of Rotonda West, Florida , who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2006, and who was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, retroactive to March 16, 2020, by Order of this Court filed March 11, 2021;

And the Disciplinary Review Board having recommended to the Court that Stephen Robert Jones be reinstated to practice, with the conditions ordered by the Court on March 11, 2021, and recommending that the reinstatement be delayed and effective September 15, 2021, because of respondent's failure to comply fully with R. 1:20-20,

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Stephen Robert Jones is hereby reinstated to the practice of law, effective September 15, 2021; and it is further

ORDERED that Stephen Robert Jones shall submit to the Office of Attorney Ethics quarterly reports documenting his continuing psychological and substance abuse counseling and shall report any positive drug tests to the Office of Attorney Ethics, for a period of two years until the further Order of the Court.
