ORDER DISMISSING CASE


THIS CASE came on for hearing February 26, 2003, upon Debtors' Verified Motion to Dismiss Chapter 7 Case. The Court having heard argument of counsel, considered the record, and being duly advised in the premises, finds it appropriate to grant the Motion.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Debtors' Verified Motion to Dismiss Chapter 7 Case, be and the same is hereby granted.

It is further,

ORDERED that the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case styled In re David B. Jones and Linda S. Jones , Case No.: 02-22885-8G7, be and the same is hereby dismissed with prejudice.

It is further,

ORDERED that the Debtors are prohibited from re-filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case for thirty (30) months from the date of the filing of the Petition on November 15, 2002 and that the Debtors are enjoined from filing another Chapter 7 Case until May 15, 2005.

It is further,

ORDERED that the Debtors' shall pay the Trustee's Chapter 7 administrative expenses within fifteen (15) days from entry of this order or upon Court approval, if Court approval is required, and this Court retains jurisdiction for the enforcement of payment of these fees.

ORDERED in Chambers at Tampa, Florida.
