MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this petition for writ of mandamus, relator contends that the trial court has failed to issue a "final decision on a Interstate Agreement on Detainer and Motion for Speedy Trial." Relator has failed to comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and 52.7. Accordingly, we DENY relator's request for mandamus relief. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.
