Opinion

No. 04-05-00949-CV

Delivered and Filed: January 25, 2006.

Original Mandamus Proceeding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Dismissed for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Sitting: Sarah B. DUNCAN, Justice, Karen ANGELINI, Justice, Sandee Bryan MARION, Justice.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

David Cepeda Jones seeks a writ of mandamus ordering David Thigpen of the Bexar County Auditor's Office to make payment on six "claims letters" submitted by Jones to the County Judge of Bexar County. This court does not have jurisdiction to issue a writ of mandamus against the Bexar County Auditor's Office or its employees unless such a writ would be necessary to enforce our jurisdiction of which Jones has made no showing. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, Jones's petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
