An order of this Court having been entered on January 16, 2020(M-8798) granting respondent-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about November 18, 2019, and assigning Douglas H. Reiniger, Esq., Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and a motion having been made to relieve such counsel, and to dismiss the appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of dismissing the appeal, as moot, and striking the designation of Douglas H. Reiniger, Esq., as assigned counsel to prosecute the appeal.
