ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

In light of the fact that there are outstanding transcripts in these appeals, the motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is treated as a motion to extend time for Court Reporter Lauren Cobb to file transcripts and is GRANTED. Court Reporter Cobb shall have until July 31, 2023 in both of the above appeals to file her three outstanding hearing dates. The time for filing appellant's brief in each of the above appeals shall run from the timely filing of the transcripts. MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(i).

The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Court Reporter Lauren Cobb.
